Can I change my moving date?

Yes, you can! If you need to change your moving date, please let us know at least two days before your scheduled move. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date and ensure a smooth experience.

What is the cancellation policy? 

A cancellation charge of 25% of the total job value applies for moves canceled less than 2 days before the moving date. The deposit that you would have paid before booking your job will be forfeited.

What services does Movers USA offer?

Movers USA offers comprehensive moving and storage solutions, including residential, commercial, same-day, long-distance, and military moves, as well as packing and secure storage options.

How are moving costs calculated?

Our moving costs are calculated based on a flat hourly rate, determined by the number of movers and the size of the moving truck required.

Can I add packing or storage services to my move?

Yes, you can! Please notify us at least three to five days before your scheduled move to arrange packing or storage services. This helps us prepare and ensure a smooth process.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept checks, bank transfers, and cash for your convenience. Payment is due upon completion of the job.

When do I need to make payment for my job?

A deposit will be required in order to confirm the job booking and arrange our movers. Upon completion of the job, the balance amount will be payable.

How can I prepare for moving day?

Start by packing non-essential items early, labeling boxes clearly, and setting aside essentials you'll need immediately. Confirm moving details with us and reserve a parking spot if possible.

What should I expect on moving day?

Our movers will arrive at the scheduled time, carefully handle and load your belongings, and transport them safely to your new location. You’ll get regular updates and we’ll answer any questions you have.

How do I track my moving truck?

Please contact our customer service team for real-time updates on your moving truck’s location during the move.
